NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that separate Public Hearings before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, November 1, 2018, beginning at 7:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of considering Resolution 18-R-PS-56, Resolution 18-R-A-56, and Ordinance 18-OZ-56 for (1) the proposed Plan of Services for and annexation of the territory identified on the attached map as “Area to be Annexed” and (2) zoning for the territory identified on the attached map as “Area to be Zoned PUD,” which territory adjoins the present corporate boundaries of the City.  Copies of the proposed Plan of Services are on file with the Planning Director of the City of Murfreesboro on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; with the Public Service Desk on the 2nd floor of the Linebaugh Public Library, 105 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and, at the Front Desk of the Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Annex, 220 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, November 1, 2018 beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 18-OZ-57 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance so as to modify the conditions of the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District for the purpose of allowing the single-family, attached portion of the PRD to utilize City solid waste collection and to revise the mail delivery system.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, November 1, 2018, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 18-OZ-58 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the attached map from Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District to Single-Family Attached, Suburban Townhouse (RS-A Type 2) District, Single-Family Residential Six (RS-6) District and Single-Family Residential Ten (RS-10) District.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, November 1, 2018, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 18-OZ-59 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the attached map from Single-Family Residential Twelve (RS-12) District to Planned Residential Development (PRD) District and modify the conditions of the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District for the purpose of creating a new development (The Gardens at Three Rivers PRD), which will consist of 70 zero-lot line single-family dwellings and 81 single-family attached townhouses on 29.44 acres.
