NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The City of Murfreesboro Board of Zoning Appeals regular meeting scheduled for March 25, 2020 has been cancelled.
The following public hearings, which were advertised in the March 17, 2020 issue of The Murfreesboro Post, will not be held on March 25th. They will be rescheduled for a later date that has yet to be determined. Notice will be published in The Murfreesboro Post upon a new public hearing date being determined.
Application Z-20-009 by Mr. Clyde Rountree of Huddleston-Steele Engineering, Inc., for Believers Tabernacle, Inc., is requesting a special use permit for the expansion of an existing institutional group assembly use (a church) in a Residential Single-Family (RS-15) zone for property located at 700 County Farm Road and on the adjacent parcel to the west identified as Tax Map 136E, Group A, Parcel 00400. The proposed expansion consists of the construction of a parking lot.
Application Z-20-010 by Mr. Clyde Rountree of Huddleston-Steele Engineering, Inc., for the South Central Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists, is requesting to amend a special use permit that was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals in May 2019 for the expansion of an existing institutional group assembly use (a church) in a Residential Single-Family (RS-8) zone for property located at 711 North Maney Avenue. The proposed expansion consists of a building addition at the rear of the existing church building. This amendment seeks to modify the design and footprint of the proposed building addition that was approved in May 2019.
