LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Application S-17-052 by Sean Holt representing New South Developers, requesting a Variance of seven feet from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance requiring 35 feet front yard setback to allow the construction of a single family residence 28 feet from the front property line. Property is a vacant lot located at 715 Orange Blossom Court, and zoned Single Family Residential (RS-12).
Application Z-17-053 by Kevin Atwood representing Alcorn Properties, requesting two Variances from Appendix A, Chart 2 of the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance for the development of an RV self-storage facility:
1.A Variance of 29 feet from the minimum required front yard setback of 42 feet;
2.A Variance from the required buffer and perimeter landscaping along the flag pole portion of the lot.
Property is vacant lot located at Innsbrooke Town Square, Tax Map 125, Parcel 5.22. Property is zoned CH (Highway Commercial).
