LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Application Z-18-057 by Mr. Clyde Roundtree of Huddleston-Steel, Inc.,is requesting a variance from the Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, Chart 2 (Minimum Yard Requirements), which requires a side yard setback of 20 feet to allow for a 14 feet 5 inches side-yard setback from the west property line. Property is zoned Multi-Family Residential (RM-16), located at 1430 East Main Street. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
