The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on September 4, 2019 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2019-428] to amend the Westlawn PUD (Planned Unit District) zoning on approximately 8.14 acres located along Shores RoadThe purpose of the requested PUD amendment is to modify the buffering and screening standards, including the elimination of portions of the berm, for the single-family residential detached portion of the PUD adjacent to Shores Road.  The application is being made by D.R.
