School Resource Officers conduct Rape Aggression Defense classes for women. RAD is a program that teaches realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is designed strictly for women and topics include awareness, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance, and hands-on self-defense.
The class is designed to equip women with the knowledge and skills to resist violence. The RAD course for women is a 12 hour course split up into four three-hour blocks of instruction.
