Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up trash. Let’s go the extra Miles (Tate)! A Swedish fitness craze, Plogging is now catching on all over the world. Plogging is a combination of two words, “plocka”, which means “to pick,” and “jogging.” Plogging is part workout and part social responsibility. Join us for a jog and pick up trash along the greenway. For ages 13+.
