Preparing for a Disaster: Emergency Food Kits at Cannonsburgh Village

You never know when a disaster will strike and it is best to be prepared. Join us at Cannonsburgh Village with UT-TSU Extension Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, Misty Layne-Watkins as she shares why having an emergency food kit along with a communication plan is a step in the right direction to ensure everyone’s safety during a disaster. Reservations are now open for the January 18 presentation on Preparing for a Disaster: Emergency Food Kits from 10-11 a.m. at Cannonsburgh Village. Admission is Free. Reservations are required and must be received by January 11. Make your reservation by calling 615-801-2606 or email mbnevills@murfreesborotn.gov. Ages 18 and over.
