Would you like to try your hand at the ancient sport of atlatl? Predating the bow and arrow, atlatls were used by primitive peoples as they hunted woolly mammoths and mastodons! We will cover history, technique, and then practice our shooting! Please note: this program requires a 2.5 mile round-trip hike on a paved road to get to the atlatl range. Meet at the Wilderness Station.
