This sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced competitive game for experienced players. Strategies include lobbing, overhead slamming, passing drive shots from the baseline, and fast volley exchanges at the net.

By the end of the year, your body should be balanced, strong, flexible, and better than ever. Representatives from leading consulting firm Ragan-Smith Associates, environmental engineering firm Griggs & Maloney, and consulting, planning and design firm Equinox Environmental will lead the public input meeting for development of a Comprehensive Master Plan.
