For ages 16 and up. A high-intensity program designed to increase overall fitness. This program can help you get stronger, more active, have more energy and confidence, and help vary your current workout program. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your level of fitness or just challenge yourself, this workout is for you. A wide variety of training techniques will be used, including interval training, super sets, metabolic circuits and finishers.

For ages 13+ Are you looking for a unique way to get an intense workout? Water polo is an activity designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the deep end of the pool. If you have never played before, we will gladly go over it all with you and let you learn at your own pace. If you are a college pro at the sport, come join the team!
