Wild Things

Welcome to the Wilderness! Introduce your child to the wonders of nature in this fun-filled class designed just for them. Each week the adventure starts with unique songs and a discussion about the animal of the week. We reinforce each topic with a simple craft and a nature hike or fun activity. Join us each Wednesday, and learn about the wonderful, wacky wildlife that lives in Tennessee. Registration is required. Please call the Tuesday before class to register. For ages 1-4 years with adult. Please call the Tuesday before to register.

Pelvic Health & Mobility

This class will focus on breathing, strength, and alignment techniques to help get your pelvic floor working correctly for optimal support and function. Class will consist mostly of lying down and seated floor work with some possible standing movements. Ages: Adults

From the Neck Down

Your upper body takes a beating all day. Problems at the top can work their way down through the rest of the body, causing tightness, misalignment and pain. This class will work on strengthening, stretching and aligning your mid and upper back, shoulders, chest and arms to get you upright and moving right. All classes may include standing, sitting and mat/floor work, stretching, body weight exercises, light weights, bands, foam rollers and massage balls. This class runs from September to December. Come to one, or come to all. Each class stands alone. Ages: Adults

Homeschool PE Class

Acrylic Techniques

Inspired by Nature: Christmas Tree Truck

Grandpa would go into the woods, find the perfect tree, cut it down and bring it home for the family to celebrate Christmas around. Dot's Gentle Yoga

Yoga is wonderful for your mind, body and spirit. It concentrates on breathing, stretching and relaxing. Movements in class utilize props such as chairs, weights, blocks, and bands.

Intermediate Computer Class
