This class will focus on breathing, strength, and alignment techniques to help get your pelvic floor working correctly for optimal support and function. Class will consist mostly of lying down and seated floor work with some possible standing movements.

Your upper body takes a beating all day. Problems at the top can work their way down through the rest of the body, causing tightness, misalignment and pain. This class will work on strengthening, stretching and aligning your mid and upper back, shoulders, chest and arms to get you upright and moving right. All classes may include standing, sitting and mat/floor work, stretching, body weight exercises, light weights, bands, foam rollers and massage balls. This class runs from September to December. Come to one, or come to all. Each class stands alone.
