  1. Nature Rangers Camp

    This week-long camp for little adventurers will be a great opportunity for kids to have fun and explore nature, as well as ease into camp/school environments. Each day will have a different theme and begin with a story. The rest of the morning will be filled with outdoor exploration and play, snack time and crafts. A parent or guardian must stay with each child. Space is limited, so register early. For ages 4-5 years.

  2. Wild Things - Welcome to the Wilderness!

    For ages 1-4 with adult. Welcome to the Wilderness! Introduce your child to the wonders of nature in this fun-filled class designed just for them. Each week the adventure starts with unique songs and a discussion about the animal of the week. We reinforce each topic with a simple craft and a nature hike or fun activity. learn about the wonderful, wacky wildlife that lives in Tennessee. Registration is required.     It's a play date with Mother Nature! Come play in the Nature Play Area and help build your child's interest in learning to play with objects found in nature. Build a fort, play in the water, climb, crawl and get dirty! Join us for programmer-led activities such as mud painting, sculpting with clay, chalk art, and balance and agility competitions. It will naturally fun for all. For ages 1+ years with adult.

    This class is for people with Type 2 diabetes (T2) or those who are at risk for T2. It is a prevention class/support group, teaching how to prevent T2 diabetes and/or how to prevent the complications of T2 diabetes. Please sign up only if you are committed to coming regularly. Discussions include nutrition, mental and physical health and healthy cooking demos. Class runs from March 6-June 26. Meets in Room E303.
