The Better Boro Project is partnering with Carla Bush, Extension Agent and Rutherford County Master Food Volunteers to offer this Seasonal Eating event, selection, preparation, storage and recipe tastings of local produce. Produce eaten when it is in season tastes better and maintains more of its nutrients. All the produce used in this event will be available at the Rutherford County Farmers Market. For all ages.
