  4. Public Review of a DRAFT Copy for 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report

    The City of Murfreesboro will solicit comments on its 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report. This Notice will commence the City’s 15-day public comment period beginning on 12/29/21 and ending on 1/14/22. The City is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to annually submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. This report provides an assessment of the City’s progress in carrying out its five-year strategic plan and its 1-year action plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program. Draft copies of the report will be available for examination and comment on 1/5/22. The required public review ends 1/14/22. The City will receive written comments until 5:00 P.M. on 1/14/22. No displacement will occur as a result of the activities described herein. Should displacement occur, the City of Murfreesboro will implement the provisions as required by CFR 570.606 (Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance).
