
The Administration Division is responsible for
- Day-to-day management and supervision of the fire department
- Oversees, directs, and evaluates fire suppression and emergency response, fire prevention, and training
- Assures operational readiness with proper staffing, equipment, and training
It also is responsible for general policies and administration for the protection of life and property, evaluates needs and makes recommendations on facilities, apparatus, and equipment, and plans capital improvement projects and timetables for implementation.
