Human Resources Department

The Human Resources (HR) department is a multi-functional department within the City.  HR is responsible for hiring and retaining highly qualified employees, administering and managing benefits, training, workers’ compensation, safety, maintaining interoffice relationships, and interpreting employment laws and City policies. 

Our Mission: To create an environment that is both challenging and rewarding; where colleagues are respected and work toward the same goal of Service Excellence, while sharing and celebrating in each other’s accomplishments.
