Landscape Complete

The landscape installation has been completed. Please follow these steps:

• Please complete a Landscape Certificate of Compliance and attach documentation of the required landscape installation cost including all plant materials, installation materials, and labor. Please take time to complete the required fields accurately and legibly.
• Next, send the completed form and information to the Urban Environmental Department via fax, 615-217-3035, email, or drop it off at our office:

 We are located on the 2nd Floor near the single elevator.

• Once the site has been accepted, a three year landscape maintenance bond is required before the Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. The bond amount will be provided once the Certificate of Compliance and landscape installation cost documentation has been received.
• This bond may be in the form of a cashier’s check, letter of credit from a local bank, or a performance bond from an insurance company. Forms for the letter of credit and performance bond are also available. 
• If you are submitting a letter of credit or performance bond, please describe the purpose of this bond as, “Landscape maintenance for (Insert approved site plan name here) located at (insert physical address of project here)” in the appropriate spaces provided on the forms. This will help to ensure that the bond is applied to the correct site.
