RESOLUTION 19-R-05 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ONE OR MORE LOANS UNDER ONE OR MORE LOAN AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE AND A PUBLIC BUILDING AUTHORITY IN TENNESSEE IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $58,000,000 TO FINANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ONE OR MORE LOAN AGREEMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAID BORROWING; PROVIDING FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE PROCEEDS OF SAID BORROWINGS AND THE PAYMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE LOAN AGREEMENT; AND CONSENTING TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE LOAN AGREEMENT.

RESOLUTION 19-R-06 accepting the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation’s proposals to construct two road improvement projects within the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee: (1) Federal Project No. STP-EN-NH-10(71)/State Project No. 75006-3229-14,75006-0229-14,75006-1229-14,75006-2229-14; and (2) Federal Project No. STP-EN-NH-96(56)/State Project Nos. 7 5009-0240-14, 7 5 009-3 240-14, 7 4009-0240-14, 7 5 009-1240-14, 7 5009-2240-14.  

RESOLUTION 19-R-07  requesting unclaimed balance of accounts remitted to State Treasurer under Unclaimed Property Act. 

RESOLUTION 19-R-08 amending the 2018-2019 Murfreesboro City Schools Budget (2^nd Amendment).

RESOLUTION 19-R-09 approving revised fees of the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department for administration of the Cross-connection Control Program.

RESOLUTION 19-R-10 to provide other post-employment benefits for retirees for FY 2019-2020.

RESOLUTION 19-R-20 requesting assistance from the Tennessee Department of Transportation for roadway improvements associated with development of sites for Project Armadillo and Project Ribbon.

RESOLUTION 19-R-21 accepting the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation’s proposals to construct two road improvement projects within the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee: (1) Federal Project No. STP-99(39)/State Project No.75013-2243-14; and (2) Federal Project No. STP-M-268(4)/State Project No. 75078-2206-54.

RESOLUTION 19-R-22 approving use of Murfreesboro Electric Department contingency funds to pay for legal, accounting, and other due-diligence expenses related to the possible sale of the Murfreesboro Electric Department’s operational assets to Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation.

RESOLUTION 19-R-23 setting type and amount of Planning Department fees for applications to the Historic Zoning Commission, review of master plans, and mandatory referral requests.

RESOLUTION 19-R-26.  allocating capacity of City’s Sewer System and establishing allowances and exceptions as provided in Chapter 33, Article V of the Murfreesboro City Code.

RESOLUTION 19-R-27 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the realignment of Vine Street and Front Street, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 19-R-28 approving and authorizing transmittal of the City of Murfreesboro’s Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) Transition Plan along with the required certification letter to the Tennessee Department of Transportation
