Hotel/Motel room occupancy taxes are due on the 20th day of the following month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the following business day.
The occupancy tax rate is 5%. The form can be accessed for download by clicking on the image to the right.
For payments remitted by mail, the postmark must be stamped by the due date to be considered on time.
Payments may be remitted in person,
online, or by mail. For in-person payments, the Tax & Finance office is located on the 1st floor of City Hall. Payments remitted by mail should be sent to:
