Jobs openings are posted as needed when we have open positions and you can apply on-line through the City website > Careers. Candidates that meet the minimum education and experience requirements will be contacted to schedule their CritiCall Test. Candidates receiving a passing score on the CritiCall test and who are found to have a clean criminal history will be contacted for an oral interview.  Following the interview process, a select number of candidates will continue through the hiring process with a background investigation being conducted and a communications center Sit-In Observation being scheduled.
