If you are interested in reserving the Washington Theatre and affiliated spaces and would like to place a “hold” on potential event dates, please be advised that holds can only be honored for two weeks. Holds are lifted following the two-week time frame and are no longer available to the potential renter. Rentals are confirmed once the client fills out a contract which is then signed by City of Murfreesboro and returned, and the signing fee has been paid. Holds for specific date(s) are only offered to one client at a time. Repeat holds are not allowed.
Rentals must be booked a minimum of 45 days before the rental event. Rental schedules are released on the 10th day of every month for the following month. For example: the rental schedule for March is released on February 10. All rentals must be booked before the 10th of the preceding month to allow for staff scheduling and appropriate preparation.
