Birthday Parties

A retreat room is available for rent at the Wilderness Station. It is the perfect space for a birthday party, family reunion, or other special occasion. Birthday party programs (Saturdays only) for children are available upon request and are an additional charge.

Room Rentals

Monday - Friday (4:59 p.m.): $25.00/hour + tax ($20.00 City Resident Discount)
Friday (5:00 p.m.): Sunday $35.00/hour + tax ($30.00 City Resident Discount)
After Hours Staff Fee: $20.00/hour

There is a 2 hour minimum rental fee on Saturdays.

Birthday Party Programs

Birthday Parties $3.00/child, minimum of 10 children

Rules and Guidelines

  • Birthday party programs are scheduled for Saturdays only.
  • Rental fee must be paid within two weeks of booking to hold reservation.
  • Tables and chairs are provided, but customers must set up themselves. Customers are responsible for taking down tables and chairs and cleaning up afterwards . Set up and tear down time is included in the rental time. This includes wiping down tables, sweeping floor if necessary, picking up all trash, and taking down decorations ... in other words, you must leave the room the way you found it.
  • All birthday parties are for ages 3 and up. No programs are available for children under age 3. If adults participate in craft or activity, they must each pay the program fee of $3 as well.
