NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, May 25, 2023, beginning at 6:00 pm for the purpose of considering Ordinance 23-O-21 setting impact fees.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file with the City Recorder for review by the public. 

Updates regarding meetings will be posted on the City’s website and via social media.  The public may view the meetings electronically through Murfreesboro City TV located on Comcast Xfinity Channel 3 and 1094, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, www.youtube.com/cityofmurfreesboro, www.facebook.com/cityofmurfreesborotn, and www.murfreesborotn.gov. 

The public is invited to attend all meetings.  Requests for an accommodation to enable an individual with a disability to attend or to participate in a meeting should be made by calling Kevin Jones at (615) 893-3750 at least two (2) working days in advance.
