Customer Service
Murfreesboro Water Resources Customer Service Department is available to assist with a wide variety of items. If you need assistance with any of the following items, please stop by the office or contact us during normal business hours.
MWRD’s Customer Service department handles the following:
- Assist customers with new service, terminating service and/or transfer of service
- Assists customers with questions about our services
- Assists customer with questions about their account
- Generates monthly utility bills
- Accepts payments for monthly utility bill
- Collects funds for water and/or sewer connection fees
- Assist customers with hydrant only meters
- Assist customers with leak adjustments
Online Account Access
- Set up your account online and see usage, bill and payment history and make payments.
- Use our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to get account information or make payments.
Online Customer Services
At MWRD, we strive to create a better quality of life for our customers by making billing as easy and effective as possible. With our online services, customers can now manage their water account from the comfort of their home without having to come in office.
Sign up for new service, make payment extensions, authorize a bank draft and so much more by visiting our Online Forms Center and communicating with our Customer Service team, remotely, to better manage your Murfreesboro Water account.
