Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department has several child safety seat technicians that can assist citizens in properly installing a child safety seat in their vehicle. MFRD posts at several child safety seat check inspection stations throughout the year as well.

Check Points & Inspections

Four out of every five car seats that come through the check points are installed improperly. MFRD is here to help!

If you would like your child’s safety seat inspected or installed, please contact the Fire Administration Office Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm at 615-893-1422 or Headquarters at 849-2661 on weekends to make an appointment.
