A more challenging Metabolic Burn using heavier weights with short bursts of cardio training.

Busy Bees Class (for kids)

A children's class (ages 3-5) where they play physically active games. The instructor plays music and is engaged with them.

Deka-Strong

A functional fitness full-body workout...8 Zones require basic essential movements (core, mobility, agility and coordination) on a consistent basis.  The class consists of 2 rounds incorporating strength and power and a core finisher. 

"Dirty 30"

Strength and Power workout that challenges your balance, improves agility and endurance. 30 reps or 30 sec intervals. All fitness levels welcome!

Forever Fit

Specifically designed for men and women age 50 and up.  This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility. 

Metabolic Burn

Short intense bouts of strength and cardio training followed by short periods of rest. This style of training helps the body burn calories and fat throughout the day.

Power Hour 360

An ultimate mix of several classes rolled into one. This workout is at your own pace with whole body, multi-joint activities for strength and cardio with low/high intensity.  

Saturday Surprise

Start your weekend with a workout!  Join us for a weekly rotation of some of your favorite classes. Scheduling will vary from month to month.

Step-n-Sculpt

Have fun while giving your heart a great workout then sculpt key muscle groups using free weights.  Abdominal work is also included in this full-body workout.

Tai Chi

You learn and practice a series of postures and bodily movements in a slow and graceful manner; movements flow without a pause.

Thrash & Bash

Full body cardio workout infused with isometric moves and strength training using drum sticks.  

Yoga

A great way to wind down. Focuses on improving your balance and flexibility while at the same time reducing stress. For beginning and intermediate levels.

Zumba®

Ditch the workout...join the party!  Zumba is a dynamic and FUN dance-based fitness class to Latin music.
