RESOLUTION 13-R-25 approving applying for grants through the Governor’s Highway Safety Office, designating a representative for such grants and approving entry into Grant Contracts between the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation and the City of Murfreesboro on behalf of the Murfreesboro Police Department for Traffic Enforcement Highway Safety Projects and equipment purchases.

RESOLUTION 13-R-29 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects for the City of Murfreesboro airport, including a runway extension, airfield pavement overlay and road relocation, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 13-R-30 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the Video Server Storage System for the Communications Department, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 13-R-31 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures, for voice over internet protocol (VOIP) capable telephone systems; police vehicles and related equipment; recreation facility equipment; renovation and remodeling of City Hall including but not limited to elevators, security and office space; and, renovation, reroofing and remodeling of recreation and other City facilities be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 13-R-33 Initial Resolution Authorizing The Issuance Of General Obligation Debt By The City Of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Of Not To Exceed Forty-Two Million Dollars ($42,000,000) To Provide Funding For Certain Public Works Projects, And To Fund The Incidental And Necessary Expenses Related Thereto

RESOLUTION 13-R-34 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures including the purchase of property for the Murfreesboro Police Department, construction of an indoor tennis facility, purchase of solid waste vehicles, purchase of computer software and hardware and renovations of street department facilities and McFadden Community Center, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 13-R-35 to approve the City of Murfreesboro’s participation in the WSCA/NASPO PC Contracts 2009-2014 (Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Related Services), as a cooperative purchasing arrangement under the City’s Procurement Code.
