RESOLUTION 15-R-01 to express support for the maintenance of current troop levels at Fort Campbell and to urge Congress to oppose any reductions. - WITHDRAWN, NEVER WENT TO COUNCIL

RESOLUTION 15-R-02 to adopt a property tax freeze program for eligible seniors for 2015 and subsequent tax years.

RESOLUTION 15-R-03 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the Lytle Street realignment, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-04 establishing payments in lieu of taxes for the Murfreesboro Electric Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

RESOLUTION 15-R-05 to clarify the application of Resolution 14-R-28 and the City’s policy regarding approval of development plans for projects in the Gateway Design Overlay District.

RESOLUTION 15-R-06 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the preliminary planning and architecture for the next expansion at Hobgood Elementary School, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. RESOLUTION 15-R-07 requesting unclaimed balance of accounts remitted to State Treasurer under Unclaimed Property Act.

RESOLUTION 15-R-08 authorizing City solid waste collection services to be provided to multi-family developments under specified terms and conditions.

RESOLUTION 15-R-09 requesting the Tennessee General Assembly to pass a Private Act amending the Murfreesboro City Charter to reduce the number of readings required for adoption of ordinances from three to two.

RESOLUTION 15-R-10 to approve adoption and implementation of Classification and Compensation Plan. - DID NOT PASS

RESOLUTION 15-R-11 to approve adoption and implementation of a Classification and Compensation Plan.

RESOLUTION 15-R-12 to adopt a Funding Policy for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee Employees’ Revised Pension Plan.

RESOLUTION 15-R-13 authorizing the City of Murfreesboro to contract with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for assistance in construction and completion of “Project Whirlwind”.

RESOLUTION 15-R-14 in support of an application for FastTrack Infrastructure Development Program funds for Project Whirlwind.

RESOLUTION 15-R-15 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, specifically expenditures for a tractor loader with attachments, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-16 to provide other post-employment benefits for retirees for FY 2015-2016.

RESOLUTION 15-R-17 approving the budget of the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

RESOLUTION 15-R-18 approving the budget of the Stormwater Utility Management Fund for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

RESOLUTION 15-R-19 approving the budget of the Murfreesboro City Schools for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016, which budget includes the general purpose fund, the extended school program fund, the federal and state program funds, the cafeteria fund, and the debt service fund.

RESOLUTION 15-R-20 approving the budget of the Evergreen Cemetery for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

RESOLUTION 15-R-21 approving applying for the FY 2015 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award for 2014-2018, designating a representative for such grant and approving entry into an Interlocal Agreement between Rutherford County and the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee for the FY 2015 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award in the amount of $61,911.00.

to approve National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) as a purchasing cooperative under the City’s Procurement Code.

RESOLUTION 15-R-23
to approve The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) as a cooperative purchasing arrangement under the City’s Procurement Code.

RESOLUTION 15-R-24 to approve BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative as a purchasing cooperative under the City’s Procurement Code.

RESOLUTION 15-R-25 to approve National Purchasing Partners (NPP) as a purchasing cooperative under the City’s Procurement Code.

RESOLUTION 15-R-26 amending 2014-2015 budgets for the Murfreesboro City Schools.

RESOLUTION 15-R-27 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the construction of the Hobgood Elementary School expansion, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-28 approving the process for making payments using the new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and replacing Resolutions 11-R-15 and 14-R-23.

RESOLUTION 15-R-29 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the Lytle Street realignment, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-30 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for renovation of drainage and turf at Richard Siegel Soccer Park, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-31 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for renovations to Bradley Academy, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-32 authorizing submittal of a grant application for composting and approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Rutherford County.

RESOLUTION 15-R-33 regarding renaming of the City Hall Art Committee to Murfreesboro Art Committee.

RESOLUTION 15-R-34 to fix the compensation for Hearing Officers.

RESOLUTION 15-R-35 amending Resolution 15-R-06 to amend figures to coincide with correct wording.

RESOLUTION 15-R-36 readopting rules regarding the possession, use and consumption of beer, wine and alcoholic beverages on City-owned park property to include the Adams Tennis Complex.

RESOLUTION 15-R-37 readopting rules regarding the possession, use and consumption of beer, wine and alcoholic beverages on City-owned park property to include the Bradley Academy Museum and Cultural Center.

RESOLUTION 15-R-38 establishing payments in lieu of taxes for the Murfreesboro Electric Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.

RESOLUTION 15-R-39 honoring City Attorney Susan Emery McGannon upon her retirement on November 1, 2015.
