The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider a request [2024-703] to abandon the entire right-of-way of Due North Drive located north of Sulphur Springs Road, as shown on this illustration.  The request is being made by James Pinson, who may be contacted at (615) 785-2630 for additional information.  A copy of the application is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that it will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.
