Public Works Inspectors are assigned to all residential and commercial projects within the City of Murfreesboro. The assigned inspector will review and approve at each stage of project development. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of ESPC measures, storm drainage systems, subgrade, utility conduits, base stone, curb and gutter, and asphalt (base, binder, topping). The contractor will not be allowed to proceed to the next step of construction without approval from the inspector for compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
