[ARCHIVED] City Offices closed Sept. 5 for Labor Day holiday

Labor Day Holiday

In observance of Labor Day, City of Murfreesboro offices and most Parks & Recreation facilities will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022.

 

Murfreesboro Transit, the City’s public transportation service, will not run on Labor Day.  

Old Fort Golf Club, V. A. Golf Course and Bloomfield Links will be open normal hours. 

Adams Tennis Complex will be open from 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Labor Day. 

The Sports*Com Boro Beach Pool will be open 10 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.  

 

McFadden Community CenterPatterson Park Community CenterWilderness StationCannonsburgh VillageBradley Academy Museum and Cultural Center, and the St. Clair Senior Center will be closed. The Parks and Recreation Main Office at Barfield Crescent Park will also be closed Labor Day. 

 

The Solid Waste Department will be closed Labor Day. There will be no garbage pick-up on Monday, Sept. 5. Monday’s garbage pick-up will be Tuesday, Sept. 6, and Tuesday’s garbage pick-up will be Wednesday, Sept. 7.
