[ARCHIVED] Housing Needs Assessment Survey

Illustration of house and yard with text overlay Housing Needs Assessment

In May 2022, the City of Murfreesboro was awarded its first formula-based allocation of Home Investment Partnerships Act (HOME) funds to address affordable housing.

The HOME Program is the largest federal block grant to state and local governments designed exclusively to create affordable housing for low-income households administered by the U.S. Department Housing & Urban Development.

This survey will assist elected officials, City staff, stakeholders and community members in developing strategic funding alternatives to address key housing issues in the City.
