Murfreesboro Transit now has an effortless way to track public transit service through a mobile app. The “Murfreesboro Transit” app is available for downloading via Apple and Android devices. Just look for the identifiable City rotunda featured in the City of Murfreesboro logo.
Mobile users can plan a trip, identify bus times based on bus stop locations or landmarks.
Mobile users will also be able to utilize a City map to follow Murfreesboro Transit buses in real time, select routes, identify bus stops, and easily recognize the direction of buses. The app, facilitated by the software and vehicle technology company TripSpark, also locates where the user is located on the map. For more information on TripSpark, visit www.TripSpark.com

The Murfreesboro City Council approved an amendment to the contract with TripSpark in November 2022 to develop the application based on the City’s transit services scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
