Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. Patterson Community Center
Short intense bouts of strength and cardio training followed by short periods of rest. This style of training helps the body burn calories and fat throughout the day.
Specifically designed fitness class for men and women over 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, and muscle strength, as well as, your flexibility.
Fall Archery Club will meet once a month September through December, culminating in a tournament. There will be two different cohorts: the first will meet the first Thursday of each month from 1:00-3:00 pm and the second will meet the second Friday of each month from 10:00-12:00. Registration is online and murfreesboroparks.com (just click online registration and then Outdoor Murfreesboro). Please make sure you are selecting the cohort that works best for your schedule! We would like the kids registered to be committed to their monthly attendance so we can make great progress! For ages 8-14.

In this group we share stories about our experiences with Parkinson’s, practical tips on how to deal with Parkinson’s, learn from speakers, and enjoy friendships with people who understand.
