This workout alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. AM Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio drills and conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout for optimal fat burning. For ages 16+.

Our Homeschool PE classes are designed for ages 8-15 and consist of various physical education activities while promoting good health, sportsmanship, group participation and socialization.
Students must be able to swim length of pool (25 yards) without touching the bottom and have basic knowledge of swim strokes. This class is designed for ages 8-16 and focuses on improving stamina and refining strokes.

Attorney John Toy of Parker, Toy & Associates, PLLC will be here to do simple wills for our Seniors. He is a recognized speaker on Elder Law topics. He currently is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of TN. On September 7 clients will meet with Attorney John Toy to discuss and complete paperwork for their will. On September 9, the client will need to make another appointment to get the actual completed will.

This is a CDC-approved curriculum that teaches skills to lose weight, be more active, and manage stress. Meets weekly, then once or twice a month. A four-part series for caregivers of someone with Alzheimer’s or other dementia on the diagnosis, communicating, difficult behaviors, stress, and resources. Must sign up by September 2 so we can have materials for each participant. Limit 20.
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program. These exercises improve strength, balance and fitness and can help you stay active and reduce your chance of falling. You must have an assessment done by Laura Grissom before starting the class.
