This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.

Specifically designed fitness class for men and women over 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, and muscle strength, as well as, your flexibility.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength, increase stamina and agility and increase the feeling of well-being. For ages 15+.
The legendary C.A.T. Choreography is offering two fun hip hop classes every first Friday of the month at no charge. Dancers ages eight (8) and up are welcome to bust a move with us every first Friday!

Focuses on building strength and increasing flexibility and range of motion. Great class for beginners or those who haven’t exercised in a while. In this group we share stories about our experiences with Parkinson’s, practical tips on how to deal with Parkinson’s, learn from speakers, and enjoy friendships with people who understand. In December we will have fun, food and games as well as some holiday contests.
