Step & Tone This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

Join us on a moderate hike to a beautiful 60-foot waterfall. We will do the couple mile moderate hike, possible see some really cool wildlife and then end the hike at a waterfall. Bring some clothes and shoes that can get wet. Transportation is provided. For ages 12+.

Join us for a fun-filled October harvest day at Cannonsburgh featuring vendors, blacksmith demonstrations, Murfreesboro Art League exhibit, vintage demonstrations, clogging, music, Murfreesboro Antique Auto show, hayrides and more. Special guests Hillary Klug, Mid-State Cloggers, and Mountain Five Bluegrass. Free and open to the public. This year's event is a part of the Discovery Center's Tennessee STEAM! Festival.

If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
