Zumba® is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes. It combines the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. All fitness levels are welcome.
This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Patterson Park Community Center
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Bring your toddler(s) (2-5 years old) and join us for a spooktacular time. There will be a parade, spooky pokey dance, candy, carnival style games, super hero obstacle course, prize drawings and costume contest. Story time starts at 10am. Admission is a can of food.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.
Join us at the pool for a spoken' good time! There will be swimming, crafting, dinner and pudding surprise. Make sure you re ready to dins what might be hidden in the pudding and come prepared to leave your mark on a t-shirt as we tie dye the night away. Please bring a white t-shirt to tie dye. The Widow’s Support group has been meeting for one year. We have had ladies widowed 9 years to one widowed 3 weeks. Our goal is to introduce ideas
to help a woman move out of the grief to a better version of her former self. July is a good time to join us; we will have materials to understand the initial
grief symptoms physically and emotionally and how to deal with the loneliness.

This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
