Little kids love to play and that’s what they do while learning to wait their turn, follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on body part recognition, cognitive skill development and of course FUN. For ages 5 and under.
Tai Chi Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.
Let's hike part of the amazing greenway that goes through all of Murfreesboro! We will meet at the Thompson Lane Trailhead and hike to the Broad St. Trailhead and back. Come out and join us on a 1-mile hike to the campground within Barfield Crescent park and then enjoy a nice night around the campfire!
