High-intensity class designed to increase your muscle strength and endurance, and help shed unwanted pounds. Every workout includes strength training exercises with cardio exercises to give you a whole-body workout. Workouts vary. For ages 16+.
Exercise Studio
A peaceful class to focus on improving your balance, flexibility and core strength while reducing stress. For all fitness levels.
What are you doing this summer? Join us at Patterson Park for some fun and excitement. We offer breakfast, lunch, sport activities, enrichments, field trips, and more! For ages 8-12. Begins June 6 and runs until July 29 from 9 am-4:30 pm. General Admission to the facility.

This class concentrates on muscle-building techniques and activities for intermediate to advanced exercisers. It includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, weighted bars, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Ditch the workout...join the party! Zumba is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program, using primarily Latin music.
Based on an ancient Chinese discipline, this class consists of slow movements, gentle postures, deep breathing and relaxed minds and bodies. Perfect for all ages and skill levels, this class consists of standing and moving postures, but chairs will be available if needed.
Energetic class doing aerobic, strength training and stretching exercises while seated in a chair…moving to music!
A children's class (ages 3-5) where they play physically active games. The instructor plays music and is engaged with them.
Power-packed workout that will challenge your whole body! Workout consists of doing 30 reps or 30 second intervals of body-weight exercises or using dumbbell weights to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

You will pay the instructor for the piece you are working on only. Piece price will include your paint and firing. No other fee. Learn different techniques for painting on ceramics in this class. Cash, and checks are accepted. Limited to 12 per class.
