Metabolic Burn Short intense bouts of strength and cardio training followed by short periods of rest. This style of training helps the body burn calories and fat throughout the day.
Zumba® Zumba® is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes. It combines the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. All fitness levels are welcome.
Retro-Fit This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Forever Fit Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Let the smaller among us get in touch with their wild side at the Wilderness Station! We sing songs, read a story, complete a craft, and conclude with a short walk. We focus on a different nature theme each week. Preregistration is required by calling the Wilderness Station the day before at 615-217-3017.
Back to Basics This class works at improving muscle strength and movement patterns for a better aligned and mobile body. Movements use body weight only and take place standing, seated, and possibly on the floor.
Tai Chi Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.
More challenging version of the Metabolic Burn class, using heavier weights with short bursts of cardio training.

A weight loss/maintenance program to help you get/stay healthy! Let's come together to learn, encourage, and motivate one another to be our healthiest selves. We will weigh in between 9:00-9:15 then have a time of sharing, tips, and goal setting. Limit 40 Room 104

The program seeks to educate, exchange ideas, and familiarize citizens with primary law enforcement operations and training. It will cover various topics such as: • Uniformed Division policies and procedures, traffic enforcement and investigation • Patrol procedures • Criminal investigations • Search and seizure laws and procedures • K-9 Corps • Officer survival • Public Info • Overview of the Special Ops Unit, and Gang, Vice, and Narcotic Investigation Procedures While the academy is not intended to certify a civilian as a police officer it is to better inform you about our Police Department. Classes will be held 1x a month for 12 months, those who attend at least 9 classes will attend a graduation from the academy to be held here at St. Clair. There will also be occasional field trips to get close up and current information from our local police department. Space will be limited to the first 15 people to sign up so be sure and register by January 10.

If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
