Step & Tone
This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

Join us on a nice winter hike with a naturalist down in the South Cumberland State Park. We’ll do a moderate 4-mile hike to a waterfall with plenty of chances to stop at overlooks along the way! If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Sign up for M/W or T/TH class. You can do both if there is an opening. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of people
