Step & Tone This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

January is the peak season to see waterfowl and Bald Eagles in Tennessee. We will take the Outdoor Murfreesboro van up to Radnor Lake to visit the aviary of birds of prey and go birding on the lake loop to spot the various waterfowl and other birds in the area. Bring a sack lunch and your binoculars or borrow a pair from the Wilderness Station on this guided tour of Radnor Lake in Nashville. Space is limited so register early! If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Sign up for M/W or T/TH class. You can do both if there is an opening. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of people we can have in a room. Limit 20 Room 204
In this class we will focus on core, balance, and range of motion. Some resistance techniques may be used in the form of elastic bands or free weights. You must be able to transfer to and from a mat. Limit 15 Room 204
