Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
Join us on a weekly hike at Barfield Crescent Park! Along our hike we will stop and talk about things we see along the way. Each week we will hike different trails we have here at Barfield so you can get more familiar with the park! For more information email jfogel@murfreesborotn.gov.

Busy Bees Class (for kids) A children's class (ages 3-5) where they play physically active games. The instructor plays music and is engaged with them.
In Express Yourself at Patterson we will be highlighting incredible artists, well-known and emerging, and then channel our inner artist as we create a unique piece of art in their likeness to take home. Art always has the potential of getting messy so please dress accordingly! Space is limited. Please be sure to register early! Meets every other Thursday through May 25. For ages 6-12.
Power-packed workout that will challenge your whole body! Workout consists of doing 30 reps or 30 second intervals of body-weight exercises or using dumbbell weights to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
Deka-Strong A functional fitness full-body workout...8 Zones require basic essential movements (core, mobility, agility and coordination) on a consistent basis. The class consists of 2 rounds incorporating strength and power and a core finisher.

If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Volunteers do quilting for people in the community for a donation to the center. Stop by if you want to learn more about quilting and perhaps join in. Room 405
