Gentle yoga for seniors that is suitable for beginning to intermediate level. You must be able to lie down and stand up without assistance for this class. Mats are provided or you may bring your own. Cost: $10/ month Limit 25 Room 206

If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Limit 25 Room 204

Focuses on building strength and increasing flexibility and range of motion. Great class for beginners or those who haven’t exercised in a while. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. For ages 60+. Limit 45. Meets in Room 105.
Fitness training to help learn to perform and improve daily tasks with ease as we age. It includes exercises that mimic the movements of daily activities. Walking, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling for example. Three key elements of functional fitness for aging are balance, mobility, and strength. Limit 20 Room 204
