Muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Little kids love to play and that’s what they do while learning to wait their turn,
follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on
body part recognition, cognitive skill development and of course FUN.

Focuses on building strength and increasing flexibility and range of motion. Great class for beginners or those who haven’t exercised in a while. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. For ages 60+. Limit 30. Meets in Room 204.
This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
