For ages 16+ . Participants will swim, bike and run using the indoor pool, stationary bike and indoor track at Patterson Park Community Center. There will be four competitors per heat in preset start times racing against the clock as well as each other. Winners announced at conclusion of event. Registration will determine start time. Early registration get first pick. Times available : 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm. T-shirt given to all participants as well as water and a snack. Top three male and female winners will receive medals. Participants will swim 500 yards in our indoor pool, bike 12 miles on a stationary bike, and run 3 miles on the indoor track. You will be timed during the whole event (including transition). Only 20 Spots Available.

Step & Tone This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
Have you ever wanted to try backpacking, but didn’t know where to start? Join us for an intro to backpacking course where one day a month December - April we will meet and go over the basics of backpacking. As the course goes on we will go on different length hikes of different difficulties. For the final day of the course we will do an overnight backpacking trip to put our new skills to the test! The class will meet December 30, January 20, February 25, March 25 and April 22 @ 4PM. Backpacking backpack, sleeping pad, and tent can be provided. Registration is required via the link. If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Sign up for M/W or T/TH class. You can do both if there is an opening. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of people we can have in a room. Limit 20 Room 204
In this class we will focus on core, balance, and range of motion. Some resistance techniques may be used in the form of elastic bands or free weights. You must be able to transfer to and from a mat. Limit 15 Room 204
