This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Students who love history and want experience in communication and customer service are invited to a homeschool two-day Jr. Docent program. Through team building activities and class participation, students will get an introduction to becoming a possible Jr. Docent at Cannonsburgh Village. Reservations are now open for the March 23rd & 24th Homeschool Jr. Docent Program from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Cannonsburgh Village. Admission is $20.00 per person.
