We are gathering fall vegetables of different shapes, sizes and colors. Some may be common on the dinner table, but some may not be as recognizable. Cooking implements and techniques used while living in the log cabins will be explored along with a storytime. Make your reservation for our September Toddler Adventures on Wednesday, September 27 at 10 am as we have fall vegetable "show & tell". Tai Chi An internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits and meditation focused on slow movement and breathing.
This class will teach you the basics of Tai Chi...tips for balance, proper form, breath control, etc. Unlike regular exercise classes, Tai Chi is best done while wearing loose-fitting clothing so make sure you have proper attire. You will do a bit of stretching and bending in your Tai Chi classes.

This non-contact, no equipment boxing fitness class for those new to boxing where you will learn boxing fundamentals such as stance, basic punches/combos, footwork and shadow boxing. Participants may choose one or two days of the week for chair yoga. *Class fee is $5 a month for each day a week. If a student chooses two day week, the fee is $10 a month.
