Patterson Park Community Center
9 week obstacle course training program that will result in an opportunity for a participant to be ready for local event. You will be lifting buckets, carrying sandbags, jumping, crawling, spear throwing and running in short bursts to Improve strength, your grip, and endurance for OCR events and promotes teamwork. 2 days a week. We will run a OCR Event as a Team in October. Headbands and other Incentives given during or at conclusion of training program. Cool towels will be provided for use during training times. Please bring Hydration/Water with you. Other locations to train will be discussed during training for course
Meet at Wilderness Station
Paddle down the river in search for our water residing birds! Kayaks will be supplied, but bring clothes to get wet in! Information on location will be provided upon registration.

Step & Tone This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.
Jazzercize® Jazzercise® is a dance-based, high-energy, moderate-intensity fitness class. Rock out to good music as you dance your cares away.

Ever wanted to try painting but didn't know where to start? Learn painting techniques to master the craft while enjoying the wilderness. This is the second of three classes hosted by Bobbie at the Wilderness Station. Each class will feature a different subject of a series. Attend all three classes to complete your own set! If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
